Products & services

Non Skid Decking
Raptor Deck Marine is a high-performance, customisable decking solution designed to improve safety, comfort and appearance on sailing yachts, motorboats, catamarans and professional vessels. Manufactured from closed-cell, marine-grade EVA foam, Raptor Deck provides a durable non-slip surface with excellent resistance to UV exposure, salt water and demanding weather conditions. Its non-absorbent structure makes it easy to clean and maintain, while its shock-absorbing properties provide greater comfort underfoot and help reduce noise and vibration on board. Available in several colours, thicknesses and surface finishes, Raptor Deck can be adapted to both contemporary and traditional boat designs. Panels can be cut and engraved using advanced CNC equipment to reproduce deck layouts, decorative patterns, borders, logos and personalised graphics. Raptor Deck Marine is available as ready-to-install sheets and accessories for straightforward DIY projects, as well as a fully customised service. Custom projects can include onboard measurements, digital design, verification templates, final design approval, precision cutting and preparation for installation. With its peel-and-stick application and high-performance adhesive backing, Raptor Deck offers a clean and efficient installation process. Combining reliable grip, marine-grade durability and extensive design possibilities, Raptor Deck Marine is an innovative alternative to traditional deck coverings for new builds, refit projects and targeted non-slip areas.

SailDrive Rope Cutter
HydroAxe is a precision-engineered rope cutter designed specifically to protect Saildrive propulsion systems from ropes, fishing lines, nets, weeds and other floating debris. Its scissor-action cutting system slices through material before it can become tightly wrapped around the propeller or Saildrive. This helps prevent propulsion loss and costly damage to the propeller, seals, bearings and transmission components. Available in two- and three-blade configurations, HydroAxe is compatible with a wide range of fixed, folding and feathering propellers. The system is designed for installation without modifying either the propeller or the Saildrive, making it suitable for new builds and retrofit projects. HydroAxe solutions are available for many Saildrive models from leading manufacturers, including Volvo Penta, Yanmar, ZF and SeaProp. Each cutter is supplied with a model-specific installation kit and detailed fitting instructions. Installation is straightforward and requires no specialist tools. Dedicated replaceable anodes are available in different alloys to provide appropriate corrosion protection for salt, fresh or brackish water. Selected split-anode configurations can be replaced without removing the propeller. Manufactured in the United Kingdom from premium marine-grade materials, HydroAxe provides sailing yachts, catamarans, charter fleets and marine professionals with reliable protection, reduced downtime and greater peace of mind at sea.

Line & Net Cutter
SPURS is a high-performance line and net cutter system designed to protect propellers, shafts, shaft seals and running gear from ropes, fishing lines, nets, weeds and other floating debris. The system combines two or more rotating blades mounted in front of the propeller with a stationary blade attached to the strut or stern tube. As the propeller turns, in either forward or reverse, trapped material is drawn into the blades and cut instantly through a powerful scissor-like action. This helps prevent entanglement, propulsion failure and costly damage to the shaft seal, bearings and other underwater equipment. SPURS cutters are available for leisure boats, commercial vessels, fishing boats, pilot boats, military vessels and large ships. Shaft-mounted systems are suitable for shaft diameters from 20 to 255 mm, while propeller-mounted solutions are available for vessels with shaft diameters of 300 mm and above. Manufactured in the USA and protecting vessels worldwide since 1981, SPURS systems are trusted by professional fleets, coastguards and navies. They have also received American Bureau of Shipping approval. Combining proven technology, robust construction and immediate cutting performance, SPURS provides reliable protection against propeller entanglement, helping vessels remain safe, operational and ready for demanding marine conditions.

Galvanic Anti-Corrosion Gel
TEF-GEL is a high-performance, PTFE-based anti-corrosion paste designed to protect metal assemblies in demanding marine environments. Applied between dissimilar materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, carbon and other metals, TEF-GEL prevents the galvanic exchange that causes oxidation and corrosion. It creates a durable protective barrier on bolts, screws, rivets, threaded components and other fittings. TEF-GEL also acts as a saltwater-resistant lubricant, helping prevent stainless-steel fasteners from seizing or galling. Components remain easier to dismantle, even after prolonged exposure to seawater and harsh weather conditions. It can also be used as a sealant to reduce water penetration through bolt holes, riveted joints and assembled surfaces. Containing no volatile solvents, TEF-GEL does not evaporate or dry out and provides long-lasting protection. It is UV resistant and does not electrically insulate hardware or increase resistance in electrical connections. Suitable for marine equipment, rigging, deck fittings, masts, engines, electrical installations and maintenance operations, TEF-GEL is easy to apply and only a small quantity is required. Available in syringes, pots and cartridges, TEF-GEL offers marine professionals, boatbuilders and boat owners an effective solution for protecting valuable equipment, extending component life and simplifying future maintenance.

Automatic Feathering Propeller
Max-Prop is a high-performance automatic feathering propeller designed to improve both sailing efficiency and manoeuvrability under power. When sailing, the blades automatically align with the water flow, significantly reducing drag compared with a conventional fixed propeller. This allows sailing yachts and catamarans to achieve better speed and smoother performance under sail. When the engine is engaged, the blades rotate into their operating position and provide efficient thrust in both forward and reverse. Max-Prop is particularly recognised for its powerful reverse performance, offering improved control, faster stopping and safer manoeuvring in marinas and confined spaces. The propeller pitch can be adjusted to match the vessel’s engine, gearbox and operating requirements. Depending on the model, adjustments can be made externally without dismantling the propeller, including during underwater servicing. Max-Prop propellers are available with two to five blades and in configurations suitable for both conventional propeller shafts and Saildrive systems. The range covers cruising yachts, racing yachts, multihulls and vessels requiring increased thrust, comfort or reduced vibration. Manufactured in Italy using durable marine-grade materials, Max-Prop propellers are fully serviceable and designed for long-term reliability. Combining low drag under sail, excellent reverse power and adjustable pitch, Max-Prop provides boatbuilders, shipyards and yacht owners with a proven propulsion solution adapted to a wide variety of vessels and navigation programmes.
