Making SEAQUIP an impactful and responsible event for our community
Exhibiting sustainably
Reduce your carbon footprint with our all-inclusive stands
Did you know? Custom-built, single-use stands often make up only 30% of event stands, yet cause around 63% of stand-related emissions.
Our goal is to make your participation not only more sustainable, but also completely stress-free. With our reusable all-inclusive stands, we take care of stand construction, graphics and furniture — you simply supply the artwork. Everything is ready to go the moment you arrive, so you can focus fully on your business and networking.
Example: your all-in stand at the event
An all-in stand offers the best solution for your participation with a reduced carbon footprint. The image shows an example, fully equipped with graphics, LED spotlights and furniture.
- Overlay graphics: recyclable fabric graphics for a consistent brand image.
- Furniture: all stand variants include a functional basic setup, which can be supplemented with a wide range of additional furniture to suit your needs.
Benefits of the all-in stand:
- We take care of stand construction, graphics, furniture and ordering — you simply send us your print-ready artwork.
- Everything is set up and ready when you arrive, so you can focus entirely on your presence at the event.
- Lower CO₂ emissions thanks to reusable structures and shared logistics.
SEAQUIP is organised by Easyfairs. As part of the Easyfairs group, we are committed to making our events more sustainable, inclusive and valuable for the communities they serve.
Easyfairs is a member of the Net Zero Carbon Events pledge and is committed to achieving net zero by 2050 and halving greenhouse-gas emissions by 2030.
Through the Act for the Future strategy, Easyfairs works to reduce the impact of its events, support innovation and contribute positively to society.

Why our stands cause fewer emissions
Current figures*
100.000 km
truck kilometres saved per year
90.000 m²
single-use carpet saved per year
45.000 m²
recycled stand graphics (textile printing) per year
* Basis of calculation:
approx. 90,000 m² of carpet (approx. 320 kg/1,000 m²) equates to approx. 30 tonnes. This saves approximately 9,400 kg of CO₂, 2,916 m³ of water and 420,000 kWh of energy per year.
