Marine Equipment Italia, our company specialising in the supply of spare parts for the marine industry, was founded by our expert, Simone Ubaldi, with 30 years' experience in the marine industry. Since 2011, we have been operating in the nautical sector and the company is currently managed by father and son, Alessandro Ubaldi.
We are located in the vicinity of Milan, more precisely in Bollate, and are dedicated to supplying specific materials, always achieving high quality standards in the naval sector.

Tides Marine Shaft Seal
The Tides Marine SureSeal™ and seriesOne™ Shaft Seals are drip-free, self-aligning propeller shaft seals that are OEM equipment on many well known brands and types of vessels. The SureSeal supports propeller shaft sizes ranging from 1 inch up to 8 inches and from 25 millimeters to 160 millimeters.
Standard and Evolution Stuffy Box seals
Stuffy Box seals are commonly used on sailing boats and small motor boats to prevent water ingress through the propeller shaft. They are valued for their reliability, small size and easy maintenance. This type of seal must be installed inside the boat and there must be a shaft support or a water-lubricated stern tube on the outside. Stuffy Box seals are comparable to Volvo seals. There are two types of seal: STD without water intake or EVO with hose connection for water intake.
Packless Sealing System PSS Shaft Seal
The PSS Type A seal is an advanced solution for protecting boat shaft lines. This mechanical seal is designed to prevent water ingress, thus ensuring engine safety and efficiency. Custom-made bronze or stainless steel rudders, made with top-quality materials and compliant with Made in Italy standards. Bronze/Rubber Bushings
Caravel brass and rubber bushings represent an advanced solution compared to traditional hard metal bearings, especially where water cooling is required. Caravel bushings boast excellent lubrication properties thanks to their axial channels. Made from nitrile elastomers, they ensure elasticity, sealing, and vibration absorption, making them ideal for various nautical and industrial applications. Easy to install and replace, the bearings can be machined on a lathe or precision ground.

Electric Engine Vetus E-LINE

Clamping flanges for propeller shafts
Clamp flanges are essential for securing propeller shafts that are machined only on the propeller side, ensuring a secure and stable connection to the gearbox. Made totally in Italy with corrosion-resistant materials such as C45 steel, a non-alloy carbon steel very similar to AISI 1045, these flanges provide a secure grip without damaging the shaft, facilitating maintenance and replacement. Ideal for preventing vibrations and deformations, they ensure perfect shaft alignment, improving the boat's performance.
