Plating with polyurethane glue

Using the hot-melt polyurethane system, we can glue on backing panels, materials of different natures to each other: HPL laminates, aluminum sheets, iron, plastics, polyethylene, glass, rubbers, polystyrene, polycarbonates, and so on.

Our facility uses single-component Class 3 polyurethane adhesives certified IMO MED (fire rating) and calender pressing that ensures an accurate, defect-free finish.

The panel is coated on both sides with polyurethane glue and laminated with the required material. Finally it passes through the rollers of the calendering machine for a few seconds and is ready for use.

Before delivery, the panel is put to size according to the customer's specifications.
The backing board (plywood, chipboard, MDF or other) can be provided by us or by the customer
The material to be coupled is provided by us or the customer.
