Marine fire protection system with DNV GL-approved heat-sensitive cable

KIEPE Electric SpA offers an advanced and certified fire detection system for the maritime sector, based on LISTEC technology with the SEC15 heat-sensitive cable. Designed for continuous temperature monitoring and precise fire localization, it is ideal for critical areas such as engine rooms, technical spaces, and storage compartments.

Certified according to DNV GL and EN54-22, the system meets international standards for use on passenger ships, merchant vessels, offshore platforms, and yachts. The cable is monitored by intelligent control units (SCU800 or d-LCON), allowing zone configuration and customizable alarm thresholds.

The system is resettable, resistant to dust, humidity, gas, and high-temperature cleaning, and offers detection accuracy up to 0.1°C. It ensures safety, reliability, and operational continuity in demanding marine environments.
