Composite panels Series 200 and Series 400

EDURA Marine offers two advanced composite panel lines designed for modern marine construction: Series 200 and Series 400. Both series are made from recycled PET structural foam with reinforcing PET skins, creating panels that are lightweight, water‑resistant (<1% water absorption), rot‑proof, and easy to work with — ideal alternatives to traditional marine plywood in boatbuilding applications.

Series 200 is engineered with two perpendicular layers of reinforcing PET skin, providing an excellent balance of strength and light weight. These panels are especially suited for interior marine components such as bulkheads, cabinetry, doors, and hatches, where weight savings and ease of fabrication are key.

Series 400 steps up performance with four layers of reinforcing PET skin, resulting in greater rigidity and structural robustness. This makes Series 400 panels particularly suited for heavier‑duty structural applications such as decks, transoms, and areas requiring higher flexural strength while still offering the same water resistance and ease of finishing.

Both series share the same eco‑friendly foundation, diverting PET plastic from landfills and oceans into high‑performance marine materials.
