CJC® Condition Monitoring Systems

CJC® Condition Monitoring Systems enable continuous condition monitoring of filters, lubricating oils and hydraulic oils. Using modular sensors and particle counters, they provide accurate real-time data on the condition of oil and machinery – regardless of whether it is hydraulic and lubrication systems, gearboxes or engines. Sensor packages, data transmission and automated data interpretation can be individually configured.

System-specific limit values can be defined as an early warning system via intuitive dashboards. This enables operators to detect deviations from the normal state and incipient wear at an early stage and take countermeasures in a planned and cost-efficient manner.
