CARGO PAINTING SOLUTIONS

Cargo is an Extra-Large spray booth/painting system designed for oversized parts and fully tailored to the project. Its modular, self-supporting structure allows it to be scaled up in size and installed either as a stand-alone solution or integrated into existing production lines.

Adapted to the marine sector, it becomes a controlled environment for finishing boats and hulls (even very large ones), where air and lighting management can be made “smart”: ventilation and lighting can work in a follow-me logic, activating only in the area where the painter is working—improving finish quality while reducing energy consumption.

It also focuses on optimal air and temperature control (AIR BLUE 2.0) and, when needed, can be equipped with options such as cooling and humidity control—particularly valuable for achieving consistent, repeatable marine-grade finishes.
