Products

FLOAT-NUT
FLOAT-NUT is the revolutionary riveted metal fastening system whose floating anchor-nut allows the recovery of small position errors during assembly. The ability to easily and quickly replace the threaded bush enables maintenance without completely removing the anchor-nut from the receiving material.

DEFORM-NUT® IP68
DEFORM-NUT® IP68 is a blind threaded deformable rivet nut in stainless steel, waterproof and dustproof, that grants IP68 protection grade, and also electrical insulation and thermal cut. Available both in cilindrical and hexagonal body shape, it doesn't require special installation equipment.

KEEP-NUT® Press-in self-anchoring threaded inserts
KEEP-NUT® is an approved and certified insert to create threaded seats on even thin slabs of marble, granite or other stone material, composite materials, carbon, Corian®, HPL and other types of solid surfaces. The ease and fast pressin installation without any adhesive and the mechanical anchoring within the receiving material, makes KEEP-NUT® a revolutionary and reliable fastening system. KEEP-NUT® is manufactured in stainless steel and it is made of a threaded bush with a set of elastic crowns and a plastic ring that holds the complete set of parts. KEEP-NUT® system is referred to in the UNI 11018 standard. Applications: Ventilated facades, building cladding, interior design, fastening of sanitary elements, kitchens, funerary art, etc.

MASTER-PLATE®
System composed of a PERFORATED FLAT BASE and a fastener. Studs, bushes or nuts assembled on a wide range of plates with different shapes and dimensions. Through-hole or blind solutions are available for any kind of need, installed by adhesive, rolling or molding. Available in zinc-plated steel, stainless steel and also titanium.

DEFORM-NUT® TC-SC/1
The DEFORM-NUT® TCSC/1 is a combination of threaded tubular rivet and threaded adjustable grub screw. It allows chemical and mechanical structural fastening inside honeycomb/sandwich panels. Quick and easy to install, it does not require specialised personnel or any post-treatment, guaranteeing immediate mechanical fixing. It can be installed on all composite panels, resin, carbon fibre, aluminium etc.

DEFORM-TI®
The exclusive DEFORM-TI®, TITANIUM threaded tubular rivet nut designed for installations on sheet metal and composite panels, provide an excellent performance with less weight. With Deform-Ti®, Specialinsert offers a solution that meets the most strict industries’ standards where weight control is a priority as the mechanical holding capacity of materials. The TITANIUM alloy rivet weighs 40 % less than the stainless steel rivet and can tolerate high tensile, torsion and shear strength. These characteristics, combined with high corrosion resistance, ensure the excellent performance of Deform-Ti®, making it a first-choice ally in sectors such as automotive, marine and chemical.

Self-Locking DEFORM-NUT®
The self-locking DEFORM-NUT combines the advantages of the classic deformation rivet with the function of self-locking nuts. The use of the self-locking insert offers considerable technical advantages: INSTALLATION on parts without access from the inside IMPERDIBILITY guaranteed by mechanical fastening on the seat FAST assembly of the connecting screw since, unlike the self-locking nut, it does not require the use of two spanners.

ENSAT® Self-Tapping Inserts
The Ensat® is a self-tapping metal insert, with internal and external thread and slots or holes providing a tapping effect. The Ensat® is installed into materials with low resistance (such as alloys, plastics and castings) requiring threaded seats with high specifications of resistance and wear. It can also be used for re-tapping worn thread. The Ensat® bush has a large cutting surface and therefore offers greater resistance to traction. It can be inserted into the finished item, which means higher efficiency for machining centres and the elimination of positioning errors or material deposited in the thread.

MASTER-PLATE® RS
System that guarantees an even adhesive thickness, composed of a BLIND BASE with ROUND SPACERS and a fastener. Studs, bushes or nuts assembled on a wide range of plates with different shapes and dimensions. Through-hole or blind solutions are available for any kind of need. Available in zinc-plated steel, stainless steel and also titanium.

FAST-CON® Stainless steel quick snap-on fastening system
FAST-CON® is a patented metal snap-on fastening system that allows you to quickly connect panels and coverings by simply pressing; any removal occurs by exerting a slight traction on the panel. The FAST-CON® clip system allows for a concealed mechanical fixing, making the union of 2 parts quick and reliable. FAST-CON® is made of 2 parts, male and female, in stainless steel, with a special profile suitable for quick connection between them. FAST-CON® is installed by screwing, bonding or riveting. The clips have a release force (7kg and 10kg) that varies depending on the series used. The patented floating FAST-CON® system allows for adjustment of the panel’s fixing position relative to the structure.
