BONDAL - ALU / STEEL SANDWICH SOUND FINISHING PANELS
BONDAL Products are Multi-layer damping material is proven to be the best way to realise a high damping. Therefor our product developments are based on this method. To minimize the onboard labour, we deliver our products in the multilayer version. BONDAL Products are structure born noise damping of decks, bulkheads and other surfaces for steel, aluminium or composite yachts. All BONDAL products have to be light weighted. Each reduced kilogram of insulation can be used to upgrade the level of luxury on board or reduce the fuel consumption. By simplifying the application of insulation materials, the lead-time of the building process can be reduced. The design of the BONDAL products are helping to improve the speed.
HEXANAVAL | ALU / STEEL Sandwich Self Adhesives Sound Daming Plates
HexaNaval ST is a multi-layer structure borne noise damping material which combines high performances with a low added weight. It is designed to effectively reduce the vibrations in steel surfaces. The core of the material is a combination of a honeycomb attached to a visco elastic layer finished with a thin steel top sheet. The product is self-adhesive for easy and fast application. Due to the high performance in damping, HexaNaval ST is ideal for treatment of low frequency noise and vibrations.
PHONKILLER M2C | Constraint Layer Paste for Metal Plates
Phonkiller M2C Carbon is our solution to combine structural born damping with an easy applicable apply method. Phonkiller M2C meets the need to create a higher comfort level on board without any fire or health risks. This anti drumming paste has one of the lowest densities in the market. Here with the added weight is reduced to the minimum. Phonkiller M2C Carbon is an almost pure MS polymer. Therefor it contains almost non-flammable particles.
