About us
Since 1964, Maestrini has been manufacturing high-quality threaded fittings, marine accessories, and water filters.
The company specializes in the processing of copper alloys and is equipped with modern CNC machinery and CAD-CAM systems.
Today, it offers three product lines: one in standard brass, one in bronze, and a particularly innovative one in heat-treated, corrosion-resistant brass (CW602N / CB770S – CR).
The range is available in sizes from 1/8” to 5”, and the quality of the production system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Lloyd’s Register.
Many of our products are also type-approved by DVGW, Lloyd's Register, and RINA.

Bronze flanged 3-way water strainer “Venezia twin”
A single water strainer to feed two independent water lines, combining the straining performance of a DN80 and a DN125 strainers while offering a significant saving in space, simpler maintenance and a single water passage through the hull. RINA MAC type approval certificate

Water strainer "Genova"
The classic base mounted water strainer. A timeless design incorporates the latest advances in technology: it is available in brass, corrosion resistant DZR brass and bronze, from 3/8” to 5” with threaded or flanged ports, straining basket in polypropylene for unmatched resistance to corrosion or in stainless steel, solid metal cap or see-through lid for easy maintenance. All the models are tested under RINA supervision for resistance to gasoline free combustion (ISO 7840 Annex A); the flanged strainers have RINA MAC type approval certificate.

Lloyd's Register-approved bronze seacock line.
The whole range of through-hull fittings, seacocks and hose connectors in bronze has Lloyd’s Register type approval certificate in compliance with EN ISO 9093:2021, which means that the articles have been tested both individually and grouped together in assembles. The complete bronze through-hull assemblies that can be formed using the certified components are the very same “teams” that have gained the Type approval, and that will mean a lot for surveyors and much more for the owner’s peace of mind.

Since 2021 EN ISO 9093:2021, the European standard for through-hull fittings and seacocks, has replaced the former EN 9093-1 and EN 9093-2 standards (now both withdrawn and no longer valid) setting quantitative, and therefore measurable, requirements for mechanical resistance and resistance to corrosion that these objects must meet. Maestrini has a complete line of through-hull fittings both in corrosion-resistant DZR brass and in bronze in full compliance with the requirements of the new EN ISO 9093:2021, that have gained the Lloyd’s Register Type Approval certificate.

Hose connectors certified by Lloyd's Register.
A really complete range of hose connectors, from the point of view of materials (bronze and corrosion-resistant DZR brass) and dimensions, coming with Lloyd’s Register type approvals in compliance with EN ISO 9093:2021. In the type approval process the hose connectors have been tested successfully to levels of mechanical strain that guarantee their fitness for use in severe conditions, both in marine installations and for general use.

Vittoria full bronze ball valve.
A concentrate of innovations, the Vittoria ball valve has all the wetted metal parts in bronze, comes with a patented, brass built nickel-plated reversible handle, and is available with a acetal polymer ball specific for marine use providing superior resistance to any contaminants in water and a patented safety junction with the stem, or in alternative with a full bronze ball with a chemical nickel coating to comply with pressures ratings from PN40 to PN25 according to size. All the Vittoria valves, both with the bronze and polymer ball, have Lloyd’s Register type approval certificate to EN ISO 9093:2021.

Motorized Vittoria valve
The Vittoria valve and the 3-way full-bronze built valves type “L” abd “T” are available with an electric servo-motor with protection index IP68 that can work, simply by shifting the wiring pattern, either with 24V DC or with 85 ÷ 260V, 50/60 Hz AC. To increase versatility, the valves are available with a mounting flange complying with ISO 5211 to fit different servo-motor.
