For over 70 years, CJC® technology has been a globally recognised partner to the shipping industry. What began in maritime sector has been consistently transferred to other demanding industries – always with a focus on maximum operational reliability. The latest generation of our lubricating oil filters sets new standards in oil and fuel maintenance for gas, 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine diesel engines: higher purity classes, lower consumption and maximum efficiency. CJC® Fuel Purifier
CJC® Fuel Purifiers are specially designed for cleaning diesel fuel. The filtration technology removes large amounts of water, particles, oxidation and ageing products, sludge, acidic components and microbiological contaminants with extremely high efficiency. The filter is used in diesel engines as well as in storage and bunker tanks and ensures consistently high fuel purity – regardless of engine operation. CJC® Lube Oil Purifier
CJC® Lube Oil Purifiers clean, dry and maintain the engine oil in gas and 2/4-stroke diesel engines efficiently and cost-effectively. Regardless of the fuel used – from natural gas and diesel to special fuels such as heavy fuel oil, landfill gas or distillates – the systems can be precisely adapted to the respective engine conditions and oil contaminants. The latest generation of CJC® Lube Oil Purifiers sets new standards in lubricating oil treatment for gas engines and marine diesel engines. Higher purity classes, increased pump performance and significantly reduced filter cartridge consumption enable use even on large engines. Developed in close cooperation with engine manufacturers and operators, CJC® Fine and Depth Flter Inserts are specifically designed for the specific contaminants found in modern engine oils. CJC® Thruster Filters dry, clean and maintain gear oils efficiently and cost-effectively. Whether you have fixed or adjustable propellers, yachts or container ships – and regardless of whether you use mineral oil or biodegradable lubricants – CJC® Thruster Filters can be configured precisely for your specific application. Integrated into the offline or lubricating oil circuit, they continuously ensure maximum oil purity. They reliably remove water, wear particles, oil ageing products, acids and microbiological contaminants. CJC® Hydraulic Filter
Efficient hydraulic oil maintenance requires the continuous removal of particles, water, oxidation residues and acids from the hydraulic oil – around the clock. Only permanently clean and dry hydraulic oil ensures reliable and economical operation of hydraulic systems on board. CJC® Condition Monitoring Systems
CJC® Condition Monitoring Systems enable continuous condition monitoring of filters, lubricating oils and hydraulic oils. Using modular sensors and particle counters, they provide accurate real-time data on the condition of oil and machinery – regardless of whether it is hydraulic and lubrication systems, gearboxes or engines. Sensor packages, data transmission and automated data interpretation can be individually configured. System-specific limit values can be defined as an early warning system via intuitive dashboards. This enables operators to detect deviations from the normal state and incipient wear at an early stage and take countermeasures in a planned and cost-efficient manner.
