About us
Guidi srl manufactures marine accessories (non-stick valves, water intakes and thru-hulls, water strainers and fittings) made of bronze, brass, aluminum, chrome- or nickel-plated that are mainly used in the cooling system of boat engines but also in plumbing, air conditioning, generators, desalinizers…
Guidi supplies, either directly or through distributors, almost all major Italian and international shipyards and controls the entire supply chain, ensuring that the entire process is always completed in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.
The drive for innovation and research has always been strong for Guidi (14 patents): investments in machinery, research activities (products and materials), personnel and training are continuous.

Guidi System “C-PIN”
The “Guidi System C-PIN” represents a significant evolution in the diagnostics of onboard hydraulic systems, thanks to the combination of high-reliability mechanical components and connected functionalities. Designed to ensure maximum safety for the hydraulic system, it is now available in a version that combines advanced performance with intelligent monitoring. At the core of the Guidi System is a kit of products developed to optimize water flow, effectively reducing pressure losses and preventing air bubble formation and cavitation—key causes of inefficiency and premature wear of system components. Thanks to its specialized internal design, it ensures a smoother and more controlled flow, improving the longevity and reliability of the entire hydraulic circuit. The main innovation of the “C-PIN” model lies in its ability to actively monitor system efficiency. Until now, it was not possible to accurately determine the actual performance of the onboard hydraulic circuit, but with integrated sensors and digital communication, users can monitor key parameters, receive alerts, prevent anomalies, and schedule targeted interventions. The system itself notifies when essential cleaning and maintenance operations are required to maintain consistent performance over time. The “Guidi System C-PIN” is therefore more than just a set of technical components; it is an advanced diagnostic and control tool. With integrated connectivity, the sensors continuously monitor operational conditions and transmit real-time data, enabling predictive maintenance, reducing unplanned downtime, and supporting more efficient system management. For these reasons, the system sets a new standard of safety, reliability, and innovation for onboard hydraulic systems.

Water inlet Goccia series (Art. 1262) - Bronze
The drop-profile, known as “Goccia” in Italian, is striking in design. It ensures perfect hydrodynamics and effectively conveys water without creating turbulence or depressions. The design was developed by Guidi and verified through a side-by-side collaboration with the University of Genova via CFD analysis. The analysis results show key improvements compared a standard water inlet: enhanced performance, reduced water resistance, increased flow rate and decreased noise levels. Patented item

Our motorized ball valve is designed to be easily installed and used in a variety of settings in the marine environment. The plug and play system allows the motor to be mounted onto an existing valve by simply removing the manual operating lever.
