Working aloft & at Height
- Access Tracks & Car Systems - Padeyes - Anchor Points - All PPE Climbing Equipment such as Harnesses, Lanyards, Fall Arresters, etc Performed in line with Flag, Manufacturer’s requirements and EN795:2012 standard. INSTALLATION OF ACCESS TRACKS AND PADEYES In the event of non-compliance, we have the experience and capability to bring your vessel up to the latest flag / class regulations. As Approved Installers, whenever we see a problem onboard we can offer you a method to repair or improve this rather than just a pass or fail on a certificate We are one of the largest and most experienced installers for Access Tracks on Yachts. All of our installations are approved to the latest Red Ensign Annex B Code and EN795:2012 as fall arrest anchorage devices. Our process includes an approved pre-installation mock-up sample testing report witnessed and signed off by flag surveyor. We have a vast amount of processes already pre-approved by Flag / Class. This enables us to keep your refit time to a minimum. We are Approved Installers and examiners for Harken, Antal & Ronstan Access Track Systems and Padeyes
Servicing & Modification Of Hydraulic Systems
- Repair & Rebuilding and pressure testing of cylinders – Manufacture of custom cylinders – Manufacture and pressure testing of hydraulic hoses – Swaging of hoses (onboard if required) – Providing new seals for all types and makes of system – Modifications and improvements to hydraulic circuits – Supply of hydraulic components – Recharging of Nitrogen Accumulators and Suppressors PLC SYSTEMS Many vessels face challenges with outdated PLC components that are no longer manufactured or supported. CRANE SERVICES We are Lloyd’s Register Approved Service Supplier in accordance with IMO Resolution MSC.402(96) for: – Maintenance, Thorough Examination, Operational Testing, Overhaul and Repair of Lifeboats and Rescue Boats, Launching Appliances and Release Gear – Surveys, Servicing And Testing Of Lifting Appliances Supply & Fitting of: – New crane falls: Dyneema & Wire Rope (Steel & Stainless) – Certified Lifting Hooks – SOLAS On/Off load release hooks for MOB Custom Design & Manufacture of: – Rescue Boat, Tender & Jet Ski Lifting Slings and Assemblies – Lifting and launching systems We have many rescue / SOLAS crane manufacturers approvals. And have extensive experience of all makes and models of crane and hoist and carry out a range of services, maintenance and repair to a wide variety of lifting equipment.
Custom Design & Engineering
We offer bespoke technical designs to solve problems on board. Our services include the design, improvement, and remanufacture of obsolete parts, custom design and manufacture of storage systems for tenders and water toys, tender modifications and re-engineering, and custom lifting equipment for tenders, water toys, cars, and submarines. We also provide custom design and manufacture of launching systems for tenders and water toys, with concept engineering designs supported by calculations and rendered drawings
Custom Metalworks & Precision Machining
We have full capability of custom fabrication work from structural modifications in steel or aluminium, CuNi seawater piping to the mirror polished filleted welding of handrails or the brushed stainless steel of the galley. We have machining capacity for manufacturing many obsolete, custom or long lead time parts in house We can create decorative items, deck fittings, engine room parts and bespoke lifting or working at heights equipment.
